What to Expect

What to Expect

At New Covenant Baptist Church, we are family and want you to feel like you are at home.

You will be welcomed with friendly faces, but don’t worry – we won’t call you out! The whole family is invited to join for corporate singing as we begin worship on Sunday Mornings at 9:00AM or 11:00AM.

Things are a little different with COVID; however, we are committed to ministry and being a testimony to our community.  We do ask when you arrive that you wear a mask and maintain social distance. Once you sit down, you are able to take off your mask as we have everyone spaced out. We do ask though that when singing, you wear your mask.

Our praise time intermixes contemporary praise songs with classic hymns while taking time to celebrate what we have seen God do in our lives during the past week. We take time to encourage, share life’s joys, and laugh with one another.

After our praise time, kids are invited to attend a separate children’s program tailored to Biblical truths they can live out. Those who stay in the auditorium will hear solid, exegetical teaching from God’s Word.

Typically, the service will last for an hour and we have nursery and preschool childcare available during the sermon.

What should I wear? Do I need to bring anything?

We invite you to come just as you are! Feel free to wear what makes you feel comfortable. You will find everything from a suit and tie to shorts and a T-shirt. And do not worry about bringing anything. You are our guest and we want you to feel welcomed. We even have a copy of an ESV Bible underneath each chair to use.

Do you have anything else going on besides Worship ?

Yes! You are also invited to join one of our Small Groups.  We have them at different times during the week - for adults, teens and children. Some meet in person while others are on Zoom! If you are interested in a Small Group please email .

Pre-COVID, we had a Fellowship Dinner at 6PM during the school year, followed by a Discipleship class at 7PM. We hope to start that back up in the future!

We hope to see you on Sunday as we worship our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!
